Projects underway;
Crayons for Kids from St Patrick/St Joseph, Waterbury. crayons are
a luxury for a child in Uganda. Many have not touched a crayon and finish grade school without. This will change in August
for many kids in Angod primary school when we deliver the Boxes of Crayons being collected at the two churches.

Announcing a generous donation towards a pet project by Bridges to Hope. A dream come true sooner
than we had expected. The donation in memory of Anne Marie De Felice of East Haven will begin a Model
Farm and Educational Center in Madera, Uganda and will teach practical skills to farmers, school children on Agricultural
methods for economic transformation. There is a saying, that you give a man fish and he will come back for another fish,
you give him a hook and he will go catch the fish himself. We hope to give hooks for people to go and fish. This will be a
center for new and practical skills and improved methods of farming and will be a meeting point and imformational exchange
between Bridges to Hope through the Circle of friends (USA) and other local initiatives in Soroti.
It is
an exciting chapter for Bridges to Hope.
